EVENT PROMOTERS:
Get your event listed in Hot VWs … at no charge! Simply write up your listing using the format below(please, keep it short and to the point so there’s room for everyone!), and send it in. You can send it by e-mail, by fax (714.979.3998), or drop it in the old fashioned mailbox (Hot VWs Coming Events, 1340 Reynolds Ave Ste 107, Irvine, CA 92614). Send it in at least three months prior to the event to get printed. Remember, the sooner you send it the more likely you’ll be able to get into multiple issues! Also, don’t forget to post your event on the Hot VWs website at www.hotvws.com. For email submission, please allow us 48 hours to reflect the event listed in the web site.
