Perfect weather conditions helped make the 22nd Annual Spring Festival a huge success.
Bob Baker Volkswagen's Spring Festival 2015
22nd Annual VW show moved their date to early spring and the crowd loved it!
For the twenty-second year in a row, the Carlsbad, California Volkswagen dealership of Bob Baker moved their new Volkswagens off the showroom floor and out front, to make room for two hundred local classic VWs. Thanks to the Volker Rader Klub, Ken Hansen Photography and JBugs, this annual show saw perhaps the largest turnout ever seen at this location. Thanks to great mild weather, and no other VW events going on elsewhere in this area, the turnout was huge. This judged show broke down the classes to 12, along with allowing the team at Bob Baker to choose their own favorite VW for Best of Show. This Baker's Dozen has been a theme for this show for years. The top winner this year was to David Hatfield of Carlsbad, for bringing his mint 1966 Double Cab to the show. The following is a complete list of winners.
