On Day three of the 2014 World of Speed event at the Bonneville Salt Flats, saw the most runs of any day so far. WIth over two dozen VWs running in competition, we saw runs ranging from 65mph to well over 200! There was even a Dodge Rampage truck fitted with a VW turbo diesel engine that ran over 130mph! Today was hot! So most runs took place early in the morning, or later on in the afternoon. Salt conditions remain good, except for the entry road with is a flooded mess. We have a full story on what happen at this year's event in a future issue of Hot VWs magazine.
